One office for the drawings, the quantities and the engineer's seal. Every set is checked against the contract drawings, with clouded questions so approval doesn't stall.

Most take-offs and estimates are ready in one day. Large or multi-building projects take longer, and we give you the date up front.

Do you work outside New York?

Yes. We work with fabricators and contractors in all 50 states and send everything electronically.

Is the first estimate really 50% off?

Yes. Your first take-off and estimate with us is billed at half our normal rate.
